Via @adesignersmind ************************************************ A Grade II Listed historical masterpiece in the centre of Belgravia previously owned by Baroness Margaret Thatcher. • Chester Square is one of the three garden squares built by the Grosvenor family when they developed the main part of Belgravia in the 19th Century. • The square itself is named after the city of Chester, near to which Eaton Hall, the ancestral home of the Grosvenor family is situated. • No. 73 benefits from being located in the quietest and most discreet part of the square. • Sloane Square, King’s Road, The Duke of York’s Square, Sloane Street, Knightsbridge and Victoria are all close by and provide excellent options for shopping, dining, entertainment, culture and both underground and overground transport links. • Leconfield, a discreet Belgravia development and construction company, have spent eighteen months comprehensively refurbishing and restoring the white stucco fronted house, which now boasts a lift, a newly constructed mews house to the rear and a private garage.
